Our Phase 1 Recruitment Package offers a tailored and comprehensive solution for businesses looking to utilise the early stages of the recruitment process but would like to manage their own shortlisting and interviewing activities.  Packages can be tailored to suit your needs.

Pacakge brief:

● Taking a detailed Job Brief including all requirements and responsibilities for the position, at your location (where possible) or online. 

● Writing a complete Position Description or updating your existing to be aligned with the position specifics.

● Dual Branded Advertising and providing details of all applications for the life of the advert (30 days).

Our Phase 2 package can also be tailored, pick up after Phase 1 or be stand alone as a support service. 

Package brief:

● Shortlisting of candidates from Phase 1 or Client provided applicant list.

● Up to 5x Comprehensive interviews of selected shortlisted candidates. Interviews will be conducted in person (where possible) or virtually.

● Providing detailed interview report and feedback on each candidate.

● Assist in the negotiation and engagement process of succsesful candidate placement with up to 3 months support from start date

Complete 360 recruitment processes from start to finish including both Phase 1&2 packages as well as complete Talent Sourcing activities, salary benchmarking, candidate management, strategic sourcing and leveraging off of our networks and data bases. The 360 Pacakage can be tailored to suit requirements and scaled as needed.

This process can range from 1 week to 3 months, depending on the role, it's complexity and availability of both parties.

An Embedded Recruitment Consultant providing complete recruitment services as an in-house contractor, supporting as required such as volume recruitment, processing, advertising, shortlisting and interviews, etc. 

This can be booked in blocks from 24 hours (3x8 hour days) with extended terms and rates negotiable.
